Write to us. A person reads it.

There is no call centre here and no sales team waiting to pounce. Whatever you write goes straight to your adviser, and we usually reply within a day or 2. Ask us anything, about your money, about how we work, or about whether we are even the right fit for you. We will answer honestly, even if the honest answer is no.
