How your complaint is handled
If you are not satisfied at any stage, you can take your complaint to the next level. Nothing here takes away any legal right you have.
Mrigashira Grievance Officer (first level)
Raise your complaint with us first. We acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 21 calendar days.
SEBI SCORES (second level)
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, or you do not hear from us within 21 calendar days, you may lodge it on SEBI SCORES, the Securities and Exchange Board of India's official complaint-redressal portal. Register once with your PAN, email and mobile number, and you can lodge and track the complaint online.
SEBI SMART ODR (final level, online dispute resolution)
If your complaint is still unresolved after SCORES, you may pursue online conciliation and arbitration through SEBI's SMART ODR portal (Online Dispute Resolution). This is available for disputes with any SEBI-registered intermediary and is provided under SEBI's ODR framework.
